Situated in the heart of rural France in the medieval village of Sauzet, our house consists of four floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom, bathroom, hallway, larder, a utility room with washing machine, dryer and large fridge freezer. The first floor, the salle de sejour, is a large open plan living room with kitchen with induction hob oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is seating area and sofas, dinning table and stereo. The third floor, the salon is a beautiful sitting room which can be converted to a bedroom with a small hidden toilet and basin. The top floor has a terrace with barbecue and a veranda, a double bedroom, bathroom and loo.
